1. Service Overview

FitSpot is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts with venues and organized games in Bengaluru. We facilitate booking and payment for various sporting activities, primarily focusing on football and badminton.

2. Game Scheduling

FitSpot guarantees daily matches across Bengaluru with reliable scheduling and venue options. We work with multiple venue partners to ensure availability and provide a consistent experience for our users.

Game schedules are published in advance, but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability, or insufficient participant numbers.

3. Payments and Refunds

By using our services, you agree to the following payment and refund terms:

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in a game.
• Non-Refundable Attendance: Payments are non-refundable for games that you have attended, regardless of the duration of play or your satisfaction with the experience.
• Cancellations by FitSpot: In the event that FitSpot cancels a game, a full refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Venue Changes: If a venue is changed but the game proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be provided solely on the basis of venue change.
• Player Cancellations: Cancellations made by players less than 24 hours before the scheduled game time are not eligible for refunds.

4. User Responsibilities

All participants are expected to:

• Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game time
• Bring appropriate sports attire and equipment as specified in the game details
• Treat other players, staff, and venue facilities with respect
• Abide by the rules of the game and venue-specific regulations
• Inform FitSpot of any injuries or health concerns that may affect participation

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in games organized through FitSpot, you acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release FitSpot from liability for injuries sustained during activities.
